  1. Step 1: Find the Booth Type

    Select the specific booth type that suits your needs.

  2. Step 2: Add to Cart, Checkout, and Payment

    Click on the "Add to Cart" button to add the chosen booth to your cart.

    Proceed to the checkout process and provide your billing and shipping information.

    Include the desired delivery date in the order comments section.

    Complete the payment using your preferred method.

  3. Step 3: Download Graphic Template

    Access the product page and download the graphic template provided.

    The template will guide you on the specifications and guidelines for fitting your artwork onto the display.

  4. Step 4: Upload Your Graphics

    Utilize the "Upload graphics" link located at the top of the page or click here.

    Follow the instructions to securely transfer your graphics files.

    Ensure your artwork aligns with the guidelines outlined in the downloaded graphic template.

  5. Step 5: E-Proof Approval

    Within one business day, you will receive an electronic proof (E-proof) via email.

    Review the E-proof to ensure your graphics and booth layout meet your expectations.

    Approve the E-proof if you are satisfied or deny it if revisions are needed.

    In case of denial, revise your artwork and re-upload the updated version.

  6. Step 6: Order Production and Shipping

    Once the E-proof is approved, your order will proceed to production.

    Trade Show Display Solutions will manufacture your booth according to your specifications.

    Production typically takes up to 5 business days.

    After production, the display will be carefully packaged for shipping.

    You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information.

  7. Step 7: Delivery and Setup

    Your trade show display will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

    Unpack the booth upon receipt and follow the provided instructions to set it up.

    Ensure everything is in order and visually appealing for your upcoming trade show or event.
